We ask that you advise us of a convenient place to leave your Mashpac box such as in a porch or by a back door. We regularly leave boxes by a front door without any problem. If you have shared access we are happy to arrange a convenient time for delivery. Please advise us on the registration page under 'delivery instructions' when completing your order.

What quantities would I receive in my chosen box size?
You can view the suggested box size per household by clicking on ORDER BOXES'. We base the quantities of produce included in each box on the box size. For example a mini box includes 4 apples and large box 8 apples. A mini box includes 1kg of potatoes and a large box 2kg of potatoes.

Where do you source your produce from?
Our main aim is to support our local farmers! We source produce from a number of local growers and small holdings in and around the Home Counties. If selection is limited we source from other nearby Counties.

To ensure customers receive a selection of fruit when out of the English season, we source produce from other countries such as France and Spain. Other fruit such as bananas are all guaranteed to be fair-trade and our produce is never air freighted.

We provide our customers with seasonal produce to guarantee freshness, quality and variety.

Will I reduce my carbon footprint?
By sourcing produce locally we can soften your carbon footprint by cutting down food miles. You won't receive produce wrapped in unnecessary supermarket packaging that has been flown half-way around the world.

Is the produce organic?
Mashpac are not organic but we are proud to be affiliated with L.E.A.F which commits to a traditional method of farming. LEAF is committed to a viable agriculture which is environmentally and socially acceptable and ensures the continuity of supply of wholesome, affordable food while conserving and enhancing the fabric and wildlife of the countryside for future generations. You can find out more by visiting their website www.leafuk.org.

What other products to you offer?
We work closely with local suppliers and include products such as 'watercress' from Sarratt, 'rape seed oil' from Tring and a great selection of fresh fish from our fishmonger in Chesham.

We also offer seasonal products such as turkey from our local turkey farmer at Christmas.

Where can I enjoy Mashpac produce at a local restaurant?
We are proud to supply many local restaurants including The Clarendon in Chandlers Cross, Eat Fish in Berkhamsted, The Royal Oak in Bovingdon Green to name but a few.

If you would like to recommend us to your local restaurant we would be delighted!
